How It Works in Practice
One form, every customer type
Every customer type uses the same door: the quote form. A person reads it, and the reply prices what we handle and says so plainly for anything we don't. There is no account to open before you're allowed to ask, no minimum published to scare off a first order, and no sales call required to get a number — the number arrives by email, in writing, where you can file it.
Repeat buyers keep it simple: same form, updated volumes. New buyers evaluating a line can say so, and samples and pack details get handled in the same exchange. The whole system is built so the second order is easier than the first.
