Quail is our anchor line, and we sell it the practical way: by format, with the specs on the page. Two graded retail packs — jumbo whole quail, 6-packs at 660 g, and Super Magnum at 1,140 g — for stores and distributors. Three whole-bird kitchen formats: flowpack trays, semi-boneless butterflied under vacuum, and fully boneless under vacuum. And three IQF cuts — breasts, legs, lollipops — for kitchens that portion by the piece.
The Spanish quail line is halal, raised on 100% vegetable feed with no hormones or antibiotics, and produced under IFS Food certified standards. Packs and sizes are shown exactly as supplied. One line, one standard, every format — so a mixed order behaves like one product family, not eight separate negotiations.
Pricing is by quote because format and volume change it materially. What we won't do is make you call to learn the pack sizes: they're in the table, exactly as supplied, along with everything else in the catalog.

Stores and distributors start with the graded packs — jumbo for the standard shelf, Super Magnum for the premium slot. Restaurants split by dish: whole and semi-boneless for roasting and grilling, boneless for stuffing, IQF when the pass needs exact portions. Not sure?
