Game — Squab, Partridge, Rabbit
Game meat, wholesale — straight specs, written quotes
Squab, pigeon, partridge, and rabbit, sold the plain way: the pack is printed, the origin is printed, and the quote comes back by email. No 'call for availability' games.
The game shelf in the catalog is short and specific. squab leads it — a box of individually wrapped birds, product of France. Pigeon comes whole. Partridge trades 12 to the box. The rabbit is a whole frozen bird-freezer staple at a stated 1.272 kg, without head, product of France.
The squab, pigeon, and rabbit lines are halal, as the catalog states with each product. Everything is listed exactly as supplied, so the quote you get is written against a pack you can verify when it lands — that is the whole pitch.

|---|---|---|
| Pigeon (Squab) | Halal · Product of France | Whole |

Who Buys It
Who buys which line
Specialty stores buy the squab box and the rabbit — wrapped birds and a stated-weight rabbit are easy freezer-case lines. Restaurants buy partridge and squab as features: small birds, fast cooking, one bird per plate. Butchers and distributors buy the shelf as a set, because game customers rarely buy only one species.
New to a line? Say so in the request. Sample availability can be sorted in the same exchange, before any volume is committed.

Questions Buyers Ask
Before you request
What is the squab pack?
halal squab: box, 12 individually wrapped squab, product of France. The wrapping matters — birds come out one at a time, so a case serves a kitchen or a freezer case without waste.
How is the rabbit specced?
Whole, frozen, without head, 1.272 kg, product of France — and halal, as stated in the catalog. The weight is printed, so costing a program against it is simple arithmetic.
Can game be quoted with quail?
Yes. Quail is the biggest range in the catalog — eight formats — and game and quail are quoted together in one request as a rule, not an exception.
